AMI was invented from need. We saw that artists needed a truly dedicated to service company. We aren't getting wealthy from this venture. We do it because we have a real respect for artists, their work, and those who choose to be copyright safe. Customer service is a huge priority here at AMI. We will never ignore a customer, no matter their tone. If you ever contact us, and we do not reply then that means we did not get the email. Plain and simple. We acknowledge and respect the fact that our customers are fans of the artists.
Our staff (yes a real staff), works constantly to make improvements and take feedback seriously. We want your experience here at AMI to be a positive and lasting one. We welcome feedback at any time from our artist's and customers. Negative marketing is not a practice that AMI will participate in. If we cannot attract customers with quality products and honest service, then we would rather not have the business at all.
AMI takes copyright violations seriously. Before we even publicly opened for business we were actively pursuing copyright violators of our artists. We did this successfully and confidentially. No fan-fare or public threats were needed, and we will never resort to such.
If you find a violation, you are encouraged to report it to us. Your name will never be released to anyone outside of the AMI administration. The artist very much appreciate your loyalty and commitment to protecting their artwork/intellectual property.
For artist's AMI offers a top of the line service. We have some of the best compensation rates in the business. Artist's can be as involved as they want. If you are extremely busy, we take care of everything for you! We handle all customer service, promotions, copyright enforcement and much more! Our tubing staff is some of the best on the net. You will never have to invest any money, there are no hidden/extra/odd fee's and we are always available to answer any and all of your questions. We are also extremely flexible with your needs.
