Artistic Minds Inc., knows that our customers are concerned about how their personal information is used, and we respect the importance of maintaining the privacy of our customers. In short Artistic Minds Inc. does not sell, rent, provide or trade customer information to anyone. AMI is firmly committed to providing a safe, secure and confidential experience while visiting our site and enjoying your license's.
We will never sell, rent, provide or trade our customers information with anyone, period. We believe that selling customer information for any reason is not only greedy and inconsiderate of customers privacy, it's also just plain rude.
To be specific, when you buy from Artistic Minds Inc...
- You will NOT be added to any email mailing list automatically.
- AMI does not send unsolicited email. Unlike most businesses that force you to "opt-out" of their email advertising campaigns, AMI takes the reverse approach, we assume you do not want to receive email advertisements and you MUST subscribe yourself to our newsletters.
- We will not sell, rent, provide or trade your telephone number with anyone and we will not use your information for any marketing purposes of our own. Phone numbers are NOT required to retain your licenses, nor do we as a company need them to maintain your license records.
- You will NOT be added to any telephone marketing list.
- We will not sell, rent, provide or trade your address information with anyone and we will not use your address information for any marketing purposes of our own. Postal address is not needed to retain your license's, nor is it needed to maintain your license records.
In short, when you buy from Artistic Minds Inc., you will NOT be contacted in any way for any reason except to inform you of the status of your order (see below) or a question regarding your order. We DO respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner. Please use customerservice@artisticmindsinc.com and will respond back from that same email address, NOT "something@artisticmindsinc", unless it is not a customer service issue. Then we may forward it to the right party within our administration only. Never will any non-employee of Artistic Minds Inc. be given your name, email, phone or address information!

EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS
The majority of our customers want to be kept informed of any delay in payment processing or order status. Therefore, we try to keep you as informed as possible during the processing of your order by sending you email notifications. When you place an order with Artistic Minds Inc. you will receive the following status email messages.
• A confirmation email is sent immediately by Paypal Inc. after you place your order.
• An email from Artistic Minds Inc. either with confirmation of ECheck pending, or your actual delivery of download license links with which you have paid for.
During checkout you may enter any valid email address of your choice, if your Paypal email address is not the same as where you want your license packages delivered please make a note in the comment field of your order. If there is a problem with your order or we need to contact you for any reason, we will do so by sending email to the address you give us.
Also, you may receive a verification email, or notice of receipt, when you contact one of the management team of Artistic Minds Inc. This email is simply to let you know that we have received your email, and that it has not been lost.
